Web Development

Web Development is a fast growing and diverse career field. Careers can range from front-end web designer to back-end or full-stack web developer. The Web Development Program at My Web Training is designed to give you a solid background in each of these areas. Our program teaches web development the way a professional learns a craft β€” starting with core tools and languages, then moving into architectural patterns and frameworks.

My Web Training

At My Web Training, we continually update courses and skills to ensure our students have the most in-demand industry tools. Our curriculum covers basic and advanced web design, digital imaging, client/server programming, and database-driven development. We offer associate degrees and certificates to help you launch or grow your career.

Learn to Build the Web β€” The Right Way.

The Web Development program at Dallas College teaches more than just code β€” it teaches craft.

In this program, you won't just copy-paste code from tutorials or rely on tools you don't understand. You'll learn to build the web from the ground up β€” using the same languages, tools, and workflows that power modern websites and applications around the world.

We start with the fundamentals β€” HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL β€” the core building blocks of the web. These are the skills that never go out of style.

Then we take you further β€” into advanced layout design, data management, backend programming, and full-stack application development using professional tools like Laravel, Vue, and React.

By the time you finish this program, you'll be able to:

  • Design beautiful, responsive websites.
  • Write clean, professional-quality code.
  • Build real-world web applications from scratch.
  • Understand how to choose the right tool for the job.
  • Work like a modern web developer β€” with confidence.

What Makes This Program Different?

This isn't a β€œwatch videos, take a quiz” kind of program.

It's hands-on.
It's project-based.
It's built for people who want to create.

Whether you want to work for a company, freelance, or build your own projects β€” this program will give you the skills, tools, and professional mindset to succeed in today's web development industry.
